Network Operations Center (NOC)

There isn't any network that we can’t monitor. Whether you’re a small business owner with only a few servers or a company with a complex network, we help you avoid outages on your network's assets (routers, firewalls, Web servers) and any other systems that are important to your business. Our dedicated and experienced staff of NOC engineers, application programmers, and project managers are focused on monitoring your network's performance. If any anomalies are found, we act immediately to troubleshoot (Level 1 - Respond) the issue and notify the appropriate personnel to minimize the amount of downtime. If you subscribe to our remediation services (Level 2 - Resolve; subscription based), we will troubshoot and repair the issue remotely. Let us focus on your network so you can focus on your business and clients.

Help Desk Service

Where our NOC Services are focused on our clients’network infrastructure, the function of BEC's Help Desk (HD) Service is to support individual end users at our clients' site. Our HD team provides 24/7 remote assistance to help our clients' end users troubleshoot (Level 1 - Respond) and repair (Level 2 - Resolve; subscription based) any workstations or business application issues. Our clients interface with our HD team through a toll-free number, remote collaboration tools (including chat), and email. The method of communication is the choice of our clients' end user. Our HD Technicians can remotely control the end user’s desktop, and if requested by the end user in a chat session, our technicians will call the end user on the phone to expedite the resolution process. HD issues that cannot be resolved at the level of the user's workstation will be escalated directly to our NOC for resolution if our clients subscribe to our NOC Services. If clients do not have a NOC subscription for issues that need to be escalated, we will notify your site's point of contact (POC) and provide an explanation of the issue plus how to resolve the issue.
